PESHAWAR, Nov 08 (APP): Additional Information Secretary Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Arbab Khizer Hayat has said that the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s derogatory statement regarding the Pakistan Army exposed his sick mentality.
“In fact, Sohail Afridi has been appointed to a position that he is still not sure about and is making outrageous statements to secure his job, but his Chief Ministership has been a guest for only three months,” Arbab Khizer Hayat said.
In a press statement issued here on Saturday, the PML(N) office bearer said that Sohail Afridi has been appointed to the Chief Minister’s chair to spew venom against the state and spread hatred within the institutions, but criticizing and making false allegations against an army that has saved the lives of the entire nation by rendering remarkable sacrificing will be considered as a national crime which is unforgivable.
Arbab Khizr Hayat said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government was pursuing a single-point agenda of pitting security forces and the people against each other, but the patriotic nation would not allow this to happen under any circumstances and those who challenge the state institutions would face a disastrous fate.
