RAWALPINDI, Nov 07 (APP):The Military College of Signals (MCS), a Constituent College of the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), held its 32nd Convocation Ceremony at its campus in Rawalpindi to mark the academic performance of their students.

In his welcome address, the Commandant, highlighted the college academic and research milestones achieved over the past year, emphasizing the institution’s continuous commitment to producing world-class engineers and professionals.

He commended the faculty, management, and students for their dedication and hard work that have contributed to the College’s sustained excellence.

Addressing the graduating class, the Chief Guest praised MCS remarkable standing among NUST’s constituent institutions and its growing reputation among globally recognized universities.

He lauded the graduates for reaching a significant milestone in their academic journey and urged them to uphold professional integrity, pursue innovation, and contribute meaningfully to national development and global progress.
“During the ceremony, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees were conferred upon eight scholars in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Information Security,” said a press release here on Friday.
“A total of 101 Postgraduate and 231 Undergraduate students received their degrees in the disciplines of Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Information Security,” it added.
President’s Gold Medals, Rector’s Gold Medals and others were also awarded to students with excellent academic achievements.
The ceremony was attended by faculty members, educationist, students, and proud parents. The event celebrated academic excellence, innovation, and the spirit of service that define MCS graduates.
The convocation concluded with renewed enthusiasm among graduates to serve the nation with distinction in their future professional endeavors.
