FAISALABAD, Nov 07 (APP): As per the vision of Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the divisional administration has decided to organised a mega event “Mera Sohna Faisalabad” next month to provide recreational facilities and introducing the people with district culture.
Chairing a meeting here on Friday, the Commissioner Raja Jahangir Anwar said instructed for holding paintings, poetry, film festival, writing, photography, national songs, calligraphy, and other cultural events and said that registration in all categories will be made through a dashboard.
He directed attractive prizes for winners in all categories. He also constituted a General Management Committee for the planning of events.
The stakeholders from Faisalabad Arts Council, GC University, GC Women University and others presented their proposals.
