ISLAMABAD, Nov 06 (APP): Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST), Islamabad, reaffirmed the date and also shared other details of its convocation 2025, Islamabad Chapter, where students would be honoured for their academic achievements.
According to a press release issued on Thursday, the convocation of FUUAST’s Islamabad Chapter will be held on the 12th of this month (Wednesday).
“Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, will grace the event as chief guest of the ceremony for the motivation of the students,” it added.
The event will also be attended by the University Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Raja Khurram Shehzad Nawaz, Member National Assembly (MNA) & Anjum Aqeel Khan, MNA, it noted.
Students with outstanding academic performance will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals.
According to Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Zabta Khan Shinwari, “Convocation is not merely a ceremony for the distribution of degrees; it is a celebration of students’ academic and practical achievements that illuminate their future paths.”
University administration stated that other special arrangements have also been made to make this year’s convocation memorable.
