LAHORE, Nov 05 (APP): Rajanpur police conducted a successful operation against dacoits in the Sonmiani Katcha area, safely rescuing a kidnapped citizen on Wednesday.
According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, a contingent raided the hideout of the criminals in the Katcha area, during which the kidnapped citizen, Gul Ganoor, was safely recovered.
The spokesperson said that the victim had been abducted a few days earlier from the Katcha Bangla Acha area, and the dacoits were demanding a hefty ransom for his release.
