SIALKOT, Nov 05 (APP):The Sialkot district police on Wednesday kick-started ‘Smog Awareness Campaign’ aimed to create awareness among the people as how to protect themselves and would not be a part to spread pollution, an official of the police informed.
On the directives of DPO Faisal Shehzad, he said that traffic education wing educated and informed the people about the smog related diseases at Kotli Behram Chowk.
DSP Muddasar Sadique led the smog awareness campaign and directed the people to not set fire to wastage of the crops and garbage because it led to main cause of smog in the atmosphere.
At the end, he distributed masks among the people and advised them to use masks during smog.
