Punjab Police promote 91 personnel to ASI rank

LAHORE, Nov 04 (APP):Punjab Police have promoted 91 personnel to the rank of Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) under the P-Cadet Scheme, as part of the ongoing promotion process for officers and personnel across the province.
According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, the promoted officers belong to the Gujranwala region and successfully passed the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) examination. The list of successful candidates has been forwarded to the concerned region for official notification.
The spokesperson said that following the receipt of results from PPSC, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar issued directives to the concerned region for the promotion of the qualified officers. DIG Establishment-I, Dr. Suleman Sultan Rana, added that promotion letters for other regions would be issued upon receipt of their respective results.
The IGP congratulated the newly promoted ASIs and extended his best wishes, urging them to continue serving the people with dedication and to perform their duties with courage and professionalism.
