RAWALPINDI, Nov 04 (APP):Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Kashif Zulfiqar held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters on Tuesday to listen to citizens’ complaints and ensure their timely redressal, a police spokesman said.
SSP issued on-the-spot directives to relevant officers for resolving issues raised by the public. He emphasized that all marked applications must be dealt strictly in accordance with the law and within the specified timeframe.
Zulfiqar warned that any negligence in addressing citizens’ concerns would not be tolerated. He added that efficient and citizen-friendly service delivery in police stations must be ensured under all circumstances.
The SSP reaffirmed that, in line with the Chief Minister of Punjab’s vision, protecting citizens’ lives and property and providing them with quality services remain the top priorities of the Rawalpindi Police.
