SUKKUR, Nov 03 (APP): Provincial Minister for Local Government, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah on Monday visited Bandar Road and Dua Chowk, Sukkur, and laid the foundation stone for the construction of the road and installation of a drainage line.
The project involves the reconstruction of the road and installation of a drainage line from Dua Chowk to Lansdowne Bridge.
The project, which includes the construction of a 1 kilometre drainage line, is expected to be completed within a year.
The event was attended by Member of National Assembly Nauman Islam Sheikh, Chairman District Council Sukkur Syed Kumail Hyder Shah, Deputy Mayor Sukkur Dr. Arshad Mughal, Deputy Commissioner Sukkur Nadir Shahzad Khan, SSP Sukkur Azhar Mughal, and other officials.
