ISLAMABAD, Nov 03 (APP): Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq Monday congratulated Ahsan Bhoon independent group on their remarkable success in the Islamabad and Punjab Bar Council elections.
The Speaker extended his best wishes to all the newly elected members of the bar councils, appreciating their dedication and service to the legal fraternity, said a news release.
He said that the role of the legal community in strengthening democracy and promoting democratic values is commendable.
“Lawyers play a pivotal role in safeguarding citizens’ rights and ensuring the dispensation of justice,” he added.
Ayaz Sadiq said that the lawyers’ community stands as a strong pillar for upholding the supremacy of the Constitution and the rule of law in the country.
He expressed confidence that the newly elected representatives will play an active role in addressing the issues faced by the legal fraternity.
The Speaker emphasized that close coordination between the bench and the bar is vital for the effective delivery of justice.
