SIALKOT, Nov 03 (APP): Advisor to the Provincial Ombudsman Punjab, Captain (R) Atta Muhammad Khan, underscored the government’s unwavering commitment to ensuring swift redressal of citizens’ grievances and maintaining transparency in public service delivery.
While addressing an open court at the Social Welfare Complex in Sialkot, he listened attentively to complaints from citizens regarding various departments and promptly issued instructions to the relevant officials for immediate resolution.
He emphasized that the Punjab Ombudsman’s office offers a free and impartial platform for addressing administrative injustices. With 36 regional offices located across the province, citizens also have access to a 24-hour helpline at 1050 for filing complaints.
The Advisor encouraged citizens to make full use of the Ombudsman’s platform, assuring that all cases will be resolved within a 30-day timeframe.
