ISLAMABAD, Oct 31 (APP):Central Spokesperson of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) Shazia Marri Friday said that the youth of Pakistan are the country’s greatest strength and the hope for a progressive future.
In a statement issued here, she said that Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari firmly believes Pakistan’s bright future lies in the empowerment of its young generation.
“The vision of the Pakistan Peoples Party is to make youth partners in governance and development, not mere spectators,” Shazia Marri added.
Highlighting Bilawal Bhutto Zardari’s leadership, she said, “Bilawal Bhutto made history as Pakistan’s youngest Foreign Minister. We take pride in his outstanding diplomacy that elevated Pakistan’s image on the global stage.”
Shazia Marri said that Bilawal Bhutto envisions Pakistani youth leading the way in addressing challenges such as climate change and digital rights. “The PPP considers education, skills and technology as key tools for empowering the new generation,” she said.
She said that the Sindh Job Portal initiative would help fresh graduates begin their professional journeys and contribute to the country’s progress.
“Our youth must have a voice in politics and policymaking, and Bilawal Bhutto represents this new generation,” she said.
Shazia Marri made it clear that the PPP will not allow the youth to be exploited for temporary political gains. “Pakistan’s young people are not the leaders of tomorrow — they are the leaders of today,” she added.
Shazia Marri said, “We aim to nurture the potential of our youth, not exploit it. The PPP wants to give them hope, confidence and opportunity so they can build a brighter and stronger Pakistan.”
