GUJRAT, Oct 30 (APP): On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Gujrat Noor-ul-Ain Qureshi, the Gujrat Waste Management Company (GWMC) has launched a cleanliness and anti-smog awareness campaign across the city.
Special sanitation measures have been ensured in various areas, while citizens are being informed about the harmful effects of smog and precautionary measures to prevent it.
According to a spokesperson, (GWMC) teams have cleaned main roads, markets, and public places besides distributing pamphlets to encourage public participation in reducing environmental pollution.
