ISLAMABAD, Oct 30 (APP):Vice President Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Senator Sherry Rehman Thursday strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks targeting Pakistan’s security forces in Kurram, Quetta and Kech.
In a statement, Sherry Rehman lauded the security forces for successfully thwarting the enemy’s nefarious designs, saying, “Our brave soldiers have once again foiled the enemy’s malicious intentions and made the entire nation proud.”
She said the three successful operations are a testament to the Pakistan army’s exceptional professionalism, resilience and unwavering commitment to defending the homeland.
Paying tribute to the martyred heroes — Captain Nauman Saleem, Havaldar Amjad Ali, Naik Waqas Ahmed Sepoy Ijaz Ali, Sepoy Muhammad Waleed, and Sepoy Muhammad Shahbaz, she said, “The nation salutes the courage and sacrifice of our brave martyrs. Their selfless devotion will never be forgotten.”
She said that the elimination of 25 India-sponsored terrorists in three separate operations is a severe blow to the enemy’s sinister agenda. “The eternal sacrifices of our martyrs are a shining chapter in our national history,” she remarked.
Sherry Rehman reaffirmed that every citizen of Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with the families of the martyrs, whose courage and resilience continue to inspire the entire nation.
“The war against terrorism is in its final phase. The enemies of peace will face a certain end. The people of Pakistan and the security forces stand united against terrorism and Pakistan, Insha’Allah, will prevail,” she added.
