GUJRAT, Oct 28 (APP):Deputy Commissioner (DC) Gujrat Noor ul Ain Qureshi chaired a meeting to review the arrangements for the upcoming annual Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Masoom (RA).
The meeting, attended by Assistant Commissioner Kharian Ahmad Sher, officers from various departments, and representatives of relevant institutions, focused on ensuring smooth coordination for the event.
The participants discussed a range of logistical aspects, including security measures, traffic management, sanitation, parking arrangements, and the provision of uninterrupted power supply to accommodate the large number of devotees expected.
During the meeting, AC Ahmad Sher provided an update on the coordination efforts between departments, emphasizing that duties had been assigned to ensure the event runs smoothly and devotees are facilitated at every stage.
The Urs of Hazrat Khawaja Muhammad Masoom (RA) will take place from November 1 to 3, 2025, at Astana Alia Qasr-e-Khawaja Muhammad Masoom in Mohri Sharif. Pir Allama Sahibzada Hasanat Ahmad Chishti is also scheduled to participate in the event.
