LAHORE, Oct 27 (APP):Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has said that Pakistan stands firmly with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) and will continue its unwavering moral and diplomatic support until the dawn of freedom rises over the occupied valley.
In her special message on Kashmir Black Day, observed in protest against India’s illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir on October 27, the chief minister said that the events of this day remain among the darkest chapters in world history, the stain of which continues to mar the face of the Indian leadership.
The chief minister said that Pakistan had humbled India’s arrogance through Operation “Bunyan-um-Marsus”, adding that the Indian leadership still bears the shame of that defeat and therefore avoids facing Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. She said that the recent acknowledgment by the President of the United States, who termed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal General Asim Munir as “great leaders,” was another major diplomatic setback for India.
CM Maryam Nawaz said that Kashmir and Pakistan are inseparable, and the sacrifices of countless innocent Kashmiris would never go in vain. “Our Kashmiri brothers and sisters are not alone, Pakistan stands with them today and will continue to do so forever,” she said.
