Kashmir Black Day observed

GUJRAT, Oct 27 (APP):An awareness walk was held at the district level to mark Kashmir Black Day and express solidarity with the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).
The walk started from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office and concluded at the Assistant Commissioner’s Office on Sunday.It was led by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Waqas Safdar, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Finance & Planning) Zulfiqar Ahmad, and Assistant Commissioner Gujrat Bilal Zubair.
Chief Executive Officer (Education) Muhammad Yaseen Khan, District Officer (Regulation) Faraz Mehdi, and a large number of officers, civil society members, and citizens participated in the walk. Participants carried national and Kashmiri flags and raised slogans against Indian atrocities.
Speaking on the occasion, ADC (Revenue) Waqas Safdar and AC Bilal Zubair reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Kashmiri people, saying their freedom struggle could not be suppressed and Pakistan would continue its moral, diplomatic, and political support.The event concluded with special prayers for Kashmiri martyrs and for lasting peace and freedom in the valley.
