LAHORE, Oct 26 (APP):Punjab Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar has said that October 27, 1947, marks one of the darkest days in history, when India illegally and forcibly occupied the State of Jammu and Kashmir in violation of international law and the principles of partition.

He said the people and Pakistan government observe October 27 every year as “Black Day” to remind the world of India’s unlawful occupation and continued denial of the Kashmiri people’s fundamental human rights.
