GUJRAT, Oct 24 (APP):District Health Authority (DHA) Gujrat conducted inspections of several clinics and medical stores in the Khalidabad, Ferozabad, and Sargodha Road areas as part of an ongoing anti-quackery campaign.
According to the spokesperson, the operation was supervised by District Health Officer (DHO) Dr. Syed Aitezaz Ahmad and Deputy District Health Officer (DDHO) Dr. Muhammad Usman Naeem along with the health team.
During the inspection, unqualified practitioners were found treating patients at Usman Clinic and Malhi Pharmacy, where used drips, injections, and other medical items were also recovered.
Both establishments were sealed on the spot, while the cases were referred to the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) for further action.
