ISLAMABAD, Oct 23 (APP):Under the auspices of the District Football Association (DFA) Rawalpindi, the ongoing Morgah Challenge Cup Football Tournament witnessed an impressive performance by Al-Hamra Club, which defeated Wanderers Club by 3–0.
The match was played at the Elite School Ground, Morgah, Rawalpindi. Al-Hamra Club maintained dominance throughout the game, leading 2–0 by halftime and adding another goal in the second half to seal a convincing 3–0 victory, said a press release.
In the 11th minute of the first half, Noman scored the opening goal for Al-Hamra Club, giving his team an early lead. Just a few minutes later, Noman struck again, doubling the advantage, which remained intact until halftime.
In the 20th minute of the second half, Rehan scored the third goal, securing Al-Hamra Club’s decisive win over Wanderers Club.
The match was officiated by referees Muhammad Shafiq, Muhammad Owais, and Muhammad Aftab. District Football Association President Raja Muhammad Ishtiaq, along with a large number of spectators, was present to witness the exciting encounter.
