ISLAMABAD, Oct 22 (APP):A larger bench of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) would hear the identical cases including Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s petition tomorrow seeking permissions to meet PTI founder in jail.
The three-member larger bench of the High Court will comprise Chief Justice Sardar Sarfraz Dogar, Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir and Justice Azam Khan.
According to the cause list, the application of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi regarding permission to meet the founder of PTI will also be heard in the larger bench.
Similarly, the application of prisoner Irfan to provide prison facilities like the founder of PTI, and the contempt of court cases filed for not meeting despite the court order will also be heard by the same bench.
