ISLAMABAD, Oct 15 (APP):Pakistan Academy of Letters (PAL) on Wednesday hosted the 60th informal session of its popular weekly literary series “Chai, Baatain Aur Kitaabain” at its premises, bringing together members of the literary and artistic community.
The session was presided over by the Academy’s Chairperson, Najeeba Arif, and Director and Chief Editor, Muhammad Asim Butt, who warmly welcomed poets, writers, and notable personalities from the arts and literary circles.
This week’s gathering was dedicated to the late literary figure who most recently passed away. A prayer was held for their forgiveness and eternal peace.
Prominent literary figures in attendance included Colonel Shrafat Ali, Sarwat Mohiuddin, among others.
