RAWALPINDI, Oct 15 (APP):The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced a special relief measure for candidates who could not appear in the papers of the Matric Second Annual Examination 2025 held on October 10, 11, and 13 due to law and order issues or other unavoidable circumstances.
In a statement on Wednesday, BISE Rawalpindi Chairman Muhammad Adnan Khan said the decision had been taken to facilitate affected students and ensure that no candidate was deprived of the opportunity to appear in the examination for reasons beyond their control.
He said such candidates could submit a written application explaining their absence, along with their roll number slip, to the office of the Controller of Examinations, Board Complex, Morgah, Rawalpindi, by 12 noon on Friday (October 17).
According to the BISE spokesman, the papers held on October 10 included Biology, Computer Science, Commercial and Technical Drawing, Military Science (morning session) and Arabic, Poultry Farming, Punjabi, and Persian (evening session).
On October 11, the papers for Translation of the Holy Quran (Old and New Course) were conducted in the morning, while Food and Dress Making and Fashion Designing were held in the evening.
Similarly, on October 13, the English (Compulsory) paper was held in the morning and Islamic Education or Muslim History in the evening session.
