Balochistan Leaders expresses grief over demise of Former Sindh Assembly Speaker, Agha Siraj Durrani

QUETTA, Oct 15 (APP):Balochistan Leaders have expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Agha Siraj Durrani, a senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader and former Speaker of the Sindh Assembly.
 Among those offering heartfelt tributes were Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Ghazala Gola and former Chief Minister and Speaker Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali.
In her message, Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola highlighted Agha Siraj Durrani’s lifelong commitment to public service, noting his impactful roles as Provincial Minister for Local Government and Speaker of the Sindh Assembly.
“His contributions to democratic governance and public representation will be remembered with great respect,” she added.
Ghazala Gola extended her condolences to the bereaved family, praying for strength and patience for them, and for the departed soul to be granted a high place in Jannah.
Former Chief Minister and Speaker Mir Jan Muhammad Khan Jamali also expressed profound grief over the loss, describing Durrani as a seasoned and principled leader who played a pivotal role in fortifying democratic institutions in Sindh.
“His legacy of public service and political struggle will remain etched in history,” Jamali affirmed.
He conveyed his deepest sympathies to the family, friends, and colleagues of the late leader, offering prayers for peace for the departed soul and resilience for those mourning his loss.
