SIALKOT, Oct 14 (APP): The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), in collaboration with the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), organized a seminar aimed at promoting financial inclusion and expanding business opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Representatives from the Bank of Punjab and other financial institutions briefed attendees on various schemes, including the “Asaan Karobar Finance,” and offered guidance on business management and accessing finance.
SCCI Vice President Salman Sheikh described the initiative as a positive step toward empowering women economically. SBP Chief Manager Waqas Kashif Bajwa stated that the seminar’s goal was to raise awareness about banking services and easy loan options available to women-led businesses. The event attracted a large number of women entrepreneurs who engaged directly with SBP and banking experts.
