SIALKOT, Oct 14 (APP):Government College Women University Sialkot (GCWUS) continues to shine on the global stage as five outstanding students have been selected for the prestigious Aspire Leaders Program – Cohort 5, an international leadership development initiative founded by Harvard University faculty members.
According to a university official, the selected students are Isha Hameed, Noor Hira, Taqdees Qaisar, and Bisma Yasir — all from the BS Chemistry 7th semester — and Sadia Younas from the BS Psychology 5th semester.
This fully funded global program offers participants access to lectures by world-renowned professors, interactive masterclasses, professional skill development sessions, global networking opportunities with students from over 150 countries, and funded internship placements.
Prof. Dr. Shazia Bashir, Vice Chancellor of GCWUS, congratulated the students on this remarkable achievement, expressing immense pride and joy. She emphasized that such accomplishments reflect the university’s commitment to empowering students to excel beyond borders and represent Pakistan with distinction.
