PMAS-AAUR shifts classes online amid law & order concerns

RAWALPINDI, Oct 13 (APP): Pir Mehr Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi (PMAS-AAUR) has announced an immediate shift to online learning for all students amid the prevailing law and order situation in the city.
According to an official notification issued by the university administration on Tuesday, all classes will be conducted online starting from October 14, 2025, until further notice.
The decision was made by the Vice Chancellor after consultations with all deans and directors of the university.
The directive mandates all regular and visiting faculty members to ensure that classes are held strictly according to the published timetable via online platforms.
With the important precautionary step to ensure the safety and security of students and staff, the university administration urged the students to ensure their presence during the online classes.
Since, the university didn’t mention the time frame for resumption of on-campus classes, the students and faculty have been advised to stay updated via official university channels.
