Rawalpindi Police conducts flag march to ensure peace

RAWALPINDI, Oct 13 (APP): Under the supervision of City Police Officer (CPO) Syed Khalid Hamdani, Rawalpindi police conducted a comprehensive flag march across the city to demonstrate their commitment to maintaining law and order.
The march started at Police Headquarters and proceeded through key locations including Kachehri Chowk, Marrir Chowk, Shamsabad, Mall Road, Qasim Market, Pir Wadhai Mor, Taxila, and other areas.
The flag march  participated from high-ranking officials, including SSP Investigation, Chief Traffic Officer, Divisional SPs, SDPOs, SHOs, and other officers.
CPO Hamdani said that the flag march aims to reaffirm the Rawalpindi police’s resolve in upholding peace and security. He emphasized that Section 144 is strictly enforced in the city, and no permissions will be granted for any illegal gatherings.
“I appreciate the robust security measures by Rawalpindi police, the overall law and order situation across the city remains excellent,” the CPO added.
He warned that the police will deal firmly with anyone involved in violating the law or engaging in mischievous activities. He also urged the citizens not to participate in any unlawful or disruptive actions.
“Protecting the lives and property of citizens is our utmost priority, and we will ensure it under all circumstances,” CPO Hamdani assured.
