ISLAMABAD, Oct 12 (APP): Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Muhammad Shoaib Khan, briefed officers and personnel in view of the prevailing law and order situation, directing them to ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property with utmost professionalism.
An official told APP on Sunday that the SSP Shoaib held a special session with various police teams to reinforce security measures and provide clear instructions for maintaining peace and order across the capital.

SSP Shoaib instructed officers to perform their duties with discipline, vigilance, and professional ethics, emphasizing that public service and facilitation must remain top priorities. He said that ensuring smooth traffic flow on main highways, timely guidance for alternate routes, and the protection of lives and property are the foremost responsibilities of Islamabad Police.
SSP Shoaib reaffirmed that the force is determined to strengthen law enforcement on modern lines to make Islamabad a safer and more peaceful city. He added that the police remain fully prepared to meet public expectations and uphold citizens’ trust.
Concluding the briefing, he urged all officers and personnel to stay alert in the field, maintain discipline, and perform their duties with a strong sense of responsibility and service to the people.
