LAHORE, Oct 08 (APP):Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has paid rich tribute to the security forces for successfully eliminating 19 Indian-backed terrorists in Orakzai.
The CM expressed deep grief over the martyrdom of Lt. Col. Junaid, Major Tayeb, and nine valiant soldiers who embraced martyrdom while fighting the terrorists. She said that the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the motherland are the pride and crown of the nation.
CM Maryam Nawaz lauded the courage, professionalism, and unwavering commitment of the Pakistan Armed Forces in safeguarding national security and defeating terrorism. She said that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its brave soldiers who continue to protect Pakistan with unmatched devotion and valor.
