DPM/FM Dar lauds Jordan’s role in facilitating return of Global Sumud Flotilla released detainees

ISLAMABAD, Oct 08 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Wednesday, appreciated Jordan’s role in receiving the Global Sumud Flotilla released detainees and facilitating their return home.

He also thanked Jordan for its assistance in enabling the return of former Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan to Amman, who is scheduled to reach Pakistan on Thursday.

The DPM/FM spoke with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Jordan, Ayman Safadi, the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening Pakistan–Jordan relations through continued high-level engagement and cooperation for the regional peace and stability
