KARACHI, Oct 07 (APP):Three ships, Al-Bert-P, MSC Iniya-V and Archthos-1 scheduled to load/offload Containers and Fuel oil, berthed at Qasim International Container Terminal and FOTCO oil Terminal, respectively, on Monday.
Meanwhile, another chemical carrier ‘Sea Harvest’ is also arrived at outer anchorage on same day.
A total of eight ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them a containership ‘MSC Iniya-V’ left the port on today morning,while two more ships, Al-Bert-P and Ultra Endurance are expected to sail today.
Cargo volume of 149,911 tonnes, comprising 86,915 tonnes imports cargo
and 62,996 export cargo carried in 4,865 Containers (2,665 TEUs Imports & 2,200 TEUs Export) was handled at the port during the last 24 hours.
There are 10 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them two ships, GFS Prime and Searay & another ship, Istanbul-M, carrying Container, Palm oil and Sugar are expected to take berths at QICT, LCT and MW-2 on today.
