MANSEHRA, Oct 06 (APP):Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has said that government employees should perform their duties with complete honesty and dedication, treating them as a national responsibility.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting held at the Circuit House Mansehra, to review ongoing development projects and assess district-level challenges.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister directed government officials to take impartial measures for resolving the public’s basic problems and to prioritize public service above all else. He assured that all possible efforts would be made at both federal and provincial levels to address the district’s issues and accelerate development work.
The minister said that the meeting was convened to review ongoing development projects and assess district-level challenges. During the briefing, the district administration apprised the minister of various issues, while officers from HESCO and the Sui Gas Department presented detailed updates on development schemes.
Sardar Muhammad Yousaf expressed deep concern over the non-reconstruction of several schools and the Dadar Hospital, which were destroyed in the 2005 earthquake, and urged the provincial government to immediately release funds for their rebuilding.
The meeting was attended by divisional and district officers from federal and provincial departments. The meeting was also attended by PML-N Hazara Division President and Parliamentary Leader in the KP Assembly Sardar Shahjehan Yousaf, local dignitaries, and tehsil chairmen.
