PTI’s Malik Taimoor Masood wins PP-20 election

ISLAMABAD, Jul 26 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate Malik Taimoor Masood has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-20 Rawalpindi-XV by securing 40,549 votes.
According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, an Independent candidate Faisal Iqbal stood second by securing 26,134 votes and Raja Muhammad Sarfraz Asgher of Pakistan Muslim League-N grabbed third position by getting 12,793 votes.
The voters’ turnout was recorded at 53.93%.
