HAVELIAN, Oct 03 (APP):Havelian Police on Friday have arrested a dangerous suspect wanted in a gruesome case involving the murder of four close family members.
According to police, the accused, identified as Idrees son of Haider Zaman, a resident of Kotla, was taken into custody by SHO Havelian Ali Khan, who also recovered the murder weapon.
The shocking incident occurred a few days ago when the suspect allegedly killed his real brother, Rashid Khan, sister in law Sundas Bibi, and his two nieces, Wahida Bibi and Saadia Bibi.
The victims were attacked with sharp-edged weapons and gunfire, resulting in their deaths on the spot.
Police officials confirmed that the arrest marks a major breakthrough in the case.
