ISLAMABAD, Aug 20 (APP): Pakistan, China and Afghanistan on Wednesday expressed their commitment to strengthen joint efforts against terrorism.
The Sixth Trilateral Foreign Ministers Dialogue was held in Kabul between Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Foreign Minister of China Wang Yi and Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, focusing on political, economic and security cooperation, Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press statement.
They also reaffirmed their commitment to deepening collaboration in trade, transit, regional development, health, education, culture, and combating drug trafficking as well as extension of CPEC to Afghanistan.
Later, the DPM/FM departed to Pakistan after concluding his one-day visit to Kabul.
