PESHAWAR, Jul 30 (APP):District Police Officer Lower Kohistan district on Wednesday installed solar system at Jiro police checkpost and directed police to treat people with empathy.
In line with the vision of Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Zulfiqar Hameed, DPO Lower Kohistan, Taimoor Khan installed a solar system at the Kiro Police checkpost, says a press release.
The aim of this initiative is to ensure uninterrupted police services and provide basic facilities to personnel, even in remote areas where electricity is unavailable.
DPO Taimoor Khan stated that equipping the police force with modern facilities is a top priority so that officers can serve the public in a better environment. This step will not only enhance police performance but also enable timely and effective responses to the public.
Efforts by the Lower Kohistan Police to provide more facilities are ongoing, he added.
