Sargodha, Jul 29 (APP):A public awareness seminar was organized by Alternito Research Institute (ARI) here on Tuesday at Chak 121 South, Sillanwali, to highlight risks associated with smoking and the importance of quitting.
The speakers emphasized that smoking is a major health hazard, leading to heart attacks, lung cancer, and other diseases, said a press release issued here. Coordinator of Alternito Research Institute,
Nasir Mahmood Goraia, urged the public to join hands in the fight against smoking, stating that ARI is working tirelessly to raise awareness about the dangers of smoking and help people quit.
The guests, Malik Fateh Khan Awan, Ali Zeshan Advocate, and Qari Abdul Jalil, also addressed the seminar, highlighting the importance of a smoke-free society.
The speakers appealed to the public to support the initiative and work together to create a healthier society.
