FAISALABAD, Jul 29 (APP): Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rind has directed all departments concerned to ensure strict compliance with court orders and effective pursuit of ongoing cases.
Chairing a meeting, he reviewed details and nature of cases pending in courts and instructed officers of Legal Branch to ensure timely compliance with court notices and responsibly pursue ongoing cases, presenting the departmental stance robustly with proper legal interpretations. This would safeguard both institutional and public interests, he added.
He directed that all legal requirements for the implementation of court decrees must be fulfilled without undue delay from the relevant departments. In cases where an appeal against a court decision is filed, he stressed the importance of thorough legal preparation.
Rind also instructed Legal Branch officers to ensure complete digitalization of all case records
and emphasized regular monitoring of all related matters, including case preparation, court proceedings, and legal advices to prevent any reference from being overlooked.
He highlighted the need to focus on providing satisfactory redress to parties concerning inheritance transfers, property disputes, and other departmental issues.
During meeting, Deputy Director Legal Mohsin Bashir provided details on the current status of court cases, progress on decree enforcement and necessary measures being taken to address certain legal complexities and solutions.
Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Director Estate Management Sohail Maqsood Punoo, Deputy Directors Finance Humaira Ashraf and Faisal Tariq Butt were also present.
