RAWALPINDI, Jul 27 (APP):Rawalpindi Police on Sunday have arrested five drug dealers and more than 7.5 kilograms of drugs and 560 grams of crystal meth (ice) were seized during the operations.
According to police, the Westridge Police apprehended two drug supplier and confiscated 3.1 kg hashish along with 560 grams of ice from their possession.
Similarly, Dhamyal Police held another drug pusher and seized 1.6 kg drugs from his custody.
While Civil Lines Police apprehended another drug dealer carrying 1.5 kg drugs.
In a separate raid, Ratta Amaral Police arrested suspect and recovered 1.3 kg drugs.
City Police Officer (CPO) Khalid Mehmood Hamdani reiterated that all possible measures are being taken to eliminate drug trafficking from the city. “We are committed to eradicating this menace and ensuring the safety of our communities,” he stated.
