Health Authority distributes motorcycles to field staff

GUJRAT, Jul 25 (APP):The District Health Authority Gujrat distributed six motorcycles among vaccinators to enhance field mobility and improve immunization coverage, in a ceremony held under the supervision of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Syed Atta-ul-Munim.
District Health Officer Preventive Services and District Coordinator IRMNCH, Dr. Syed Muhammad Aitezaz Ahmad, along with District Superintendent of Vaccination (DSV), also attended the ceremony.
The motorcycles were provided with the support of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Director Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) Punjab.Health officials said the initiative will facilitate timely access to remote areas, support field operations, and strengthen monitoring of vaccination campaigns. They termed the step a key milestone in expanding the reach and effectiveness of immunization services across the district.
