RAWALPINDI, Jul 24 (APP):Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Babar Sarfraz Alpa Thursday spent a busy day in Kallar Syedan and held an open court at the TMA Hall.
A large number of citizens participated in the open court held open door policy of the Punjab Government, and and submitted applications to the RPO for resolution of their complaints.
Superintendent of Police Saddar Muhammad Nabeel Khokhar, Sub-Divisional Police Officer Kahuta and other relevant police officers were present in the open court.

The RPO on the occasion issued orders to the relevant police officers to immediately resolve the problems of the citizens and send a report within the relevant time frame.
He said timely and impartial provision of justice to the citizens was among his top priorities. “The series of open courts across the region will continue in this manner to provide justice to the citizens of Rawalpindi Region at their doorsteps,” he added.
RPO also visited Police Station and Khidmat Markaz Kallar Syedan.
The RPO checked the police station’s building and record room, and issued instructions that the records should be completed in time, pending cases should be settled as soon as possible.
No person should be illegally detained in the police station, which was a basic unit for providing justice to the citizens, he directed.
He further instructed that the self-respect of every person visiting the police station should be fully taken care of and all possible assistance should be provided to them after listening to their complaints.
While taking round of the Khidmat Markaz, the RPO said that the quality of service delivery to the citizens should be further improved.
