SUKKUR, Jul 22 (APP):Spokesperson to the Sindh Government and Mayor Sukkur, Barrister Arslan Sheikh, extended his congratulations to Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), Rubina Khalid, on her re-election as Senator.
