ISLAMABAD, Jul 19 (APP):President of the United States Donald Trump has confirmed that the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) shot down five Indian fighter jets during a recent confrontation between Pakistan and India.
Speaking at a ceremony at the White House on Saturday, the U.S. President said that the situation between Pakistan and India was rapidly deteriorating. “In fact, five fighter jets were shot down by the PAF,” he said.
Trump said that both countries were on the brink of a nuclear war but he intervened to prevent it. “We resolved the Pakistan-India conflict through trade,” he said.
