SUKKUR, Jul 18 (APP):A seminar on “Empowering School Leaders and Effective Planning” was held at Sachal Auditorium in collaboration with the Education Department Khairpur and a private organization. The seminar was attended by over 240 government school principals and teachers.
Commissioner Sukkur Division, Fayyaz Hussain Abbasi, was the chief guest, while Deputy Commissioner (DC) Fayyaz Hussain Rahujo, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) representative Oguichi Sun and Education Department officials were among the honored guests.
In his address,Commissioner Abbasi emphasized the crucial role of teachers in shaping the future of students and society. He said that teachers are the pillars of a nation, and their dedication to providing quality education is essential for the development of a country.
DC Rahujo highlighted the importance of education in building a better society. He said that teachers are role models for their students, and their confidence and dedication are essential for providing quality education.
The seminar featured presentations and discussions on effective planning, teacher training, and student development. The participants were awarded shields for their outstanding work in education.
The event was organized in collaboration with JICA, which has been working with the Education Department to improve the quality of education in the region. The seminar aimed to empower school leaders and teachers to provide better education and improve the overall quality of education in the region.
