HYDERABAD, Jul 17 (APP):Five individuals of the same community were killed in broad daylight in a tragic incident unfolded in the B-Section police jurisdiction of Nawabshah. The motorcycle-riding assailants opened fire and killed the members of Bhangwar community and managed to escape from the scene. The victims, identified as Shahbaz Ali, Taj Muhammad, Rajab Ali, Qurban Ali, and Farman Ali Bhangwar, were residents of the nearby village of Ishaq Bhangwar. Among the killed, three were real brothers, while the other two were also siblings.
According to SSP Shaheed Benazirabad, the killings were the result of a long-standing internal feud within the Bhangwar community. SSP revealed that the origins of the dispute date back to 2010, when a conflict between two cousins led to the killing of three relatives, including the father of Ismail Bhangwar. In what appears to be an act of revenge, Ismail Bhangwar allegedly carried out today’s brutal killings.
Police responded swiftly to the incident, demolishing the homes of the suspects using bulldozers and taking three individuals into custody. Raids are currently underway in the suspects’ village and surrounding urban areas to apprehend those still at large. Authorities have vowed to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice without delay.
