BHAKKAR, Jul 17 (APP):District Police Officer (DPO) Bhakkar, Shahzad Rafique Awan, organized an open court in Police Station City and Police Station Saddar Bhakkar, following the vision of Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz’s open-door policy.
According to APP correspondent, a large number of citizens participated in the open court, where the DPO listened to their issues and reviewed complaints carefully.
The DPO issued orders to concerned officers for immediate and transparent action, aiming to promote trust between the public and the police.
He emphasized that the police are protectors of the public and that every citizen has the right to justice.
Citizens appreciated the initiative, expressing confidence in the DPO’s people-friendly attitude.
The DPO directed officers to resolve complaints on a priority basis, ensure timely justice, and treat complainants with courtesy.
The DPO stated that Bhakkar Police are champions of justice, security and respect for every citizen. Open courts will continue to provide relief to the public, ensuring their voices are heard and issues addressed promptly.
