SUKKUR, Jul 16 (APP):Under the vision of Senator Captain Shahin Khalid Butt, Managing Director of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Danish, Director General, a comprehensive session on “System Improvement and Capacity Building” was held at Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Office Sukkur on Wednesday.
The session was attended by officers and staff of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal District Office Sukkur, as well as representatives from the Child Labor Rehabilitation School, Women’s Empowerment Center, and Pakistan Sweet Home Sukkur.
The master trainer and Director of Bait-ul-Mal Sindh, Abdul Hafeez Mehsud, highlighted the vision of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal and provided an overview of the policies introduced by the organization. Assistant Director Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Sukkur, Shabir Ahmed Memon, Ms. Tanveer, Raima Gul, and Musarrat Jabeen also provided detailed information about the policies during the session.
The speakers shed light on the policies introduced by Bait-ul-Mal, including Conflict of Interest, Whistle Blowing, and Organizational Behavior. They explained that these policies aim to promote a positive and transparent work environment. The Conflict of Interest policy promotes dignity, honesty, and transparency to eliminate corruption and conflicts of interest.
The Whistle Blowing policy encourages staff to report unethical practices, strengthening accountability within the organization. The Organizational Behavior policy outlines professional conduct and promotes respect, cooperation, and responsibility across all departments.
The session aimed to enhance the capacity of the staff and improve the overall system of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Sukkur, ensuring a more efficient and effective delivery of services to the community.
