ISLAMABAD, Jul 16 (APP):Deputy CEO Ahmed Bilal Masud held a meeting with the Chairman of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Engr. Waseem Nazir, to explore opportunities for collaboration aimed at advancing Pakistan’s engineering and technology sectors.
A high-level delegation from Huawei, led by Ahmed Bilal Masud, Tan Shuang, Director Commercial Sales, and Yu Lei, Platform CFO, visited the PEC, said a news release.
Additional Registrar Muhammad Sohail and Assistant Registrar Samar Naseem participated in the meeting and shared key insights into the Council’s ongoing initiatives.
The discussion focused on several promising areas of partnership, including strengthening industry-academia linkages, capacity building and training programs for young engineers, promoting employment and internship opportunities and integrating ICT into engineering standards and smart infrastructure development
Chairman PEC Engr. Waseem Nazir presented ENGICON, the official PEC newsletter, to the Huawei delegation.
The newsletter highlighted the Council’s milestones, achievements, and forward-looking vision.
