LAHORE, Jul 10 (APP):A pedestrian was killed after a tree fell on him near The Mall road, Zafar Ali Road, here on Thursday.
According to Rescue 1122 officials, initial reports from a caller indicated that the tree collapsed directly onto a passerby. On receiving information, Rescue 1122 reached the scene; however, the person was found dead on the spot. The deceased was identified as Haris Umar, 42. His body was shifted to Mayo Hospital for further procedures. Further investigation was underway, added spokesperson.
